The following supporting documents will need to be submitted with your claim form. If you have questions, please contact our claims department.

 

  • Motor accident claim : SAP (case) number, Driver’s licence
  • Motor collision third party involved : SAP (case) number, Driver’s licence, Third party details
  • Stolen motor vehicle : SAP (case) number, Vehicle chassis number (VIN), Vehicle engine number
  • General All Risks (lost/damaged) : Invoice (if item has been repaired/replaced), Quotation to replace, Quotation to repair, Report from service provider (Damage Report)
  • General All Risks (stolen) : Invoice (if item has been repaired/replaced), Quotation to replace, SAP (case) number
  • Geyser with or without resultant damage : Invoice (if item has been repaired/ replaced)
  • Jewellery : Quotation to replace, SAP (case) number
